Quality Foods has announced the pandemic pay increase of $2 per hour will be permanent for its workers. “The pandemic is raging on, there is a lot of anxiety and stress out there in the workplace, so we made the decision that now is the time to make it permanent,” says Noel Hayward, president of Quality Foods.
